Access to this website is free of charge and requires no account. Users undertake to use it lawfully and not to enter false data, or data belonging to third parties, into the waiting list form.
Joining the waiting list creates no right to the provision of the service, and constitutes neither a contractual offer, nor a reservation, nor a commitment to availability on any given date.

5. Privacy policy
5.1. Data controller
GoConsigne, with registered address at 28 Rue Potvin, Saint-Jacques-le-Mineur, Québec (QC) J0J 1Z0, Canadá. Data protection contact: martin@goconsigne.com.
As this site is directed at residents of Spain, the processing falls under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 pursuant to its Article 3(2), even though the controller is established outside the European Union.
5.2. Representative in the European Union
[TO BE COMPLETED — as a general rule, Article 27 GDPR requires controllers not established in the Union to designate one.]
5.3. Data we collect
Through the waiting list form we collect:
- name (optional);
- email address (required);
- postal code and city (optional);
- the date, time and IP address from which consent was given, as evidence of that consent (Art. 7(1) GDPR).
We do not collect full postal addresses, banking details, or special categories of data.
5.4. Purpose
To notify you by email when the service opens in your area, and to estimate demand by geographic area in order to plan the rollout. Your data is not used for any other commercial purpose, and no profiling is carried out on it.
5.5. Legal basis
Your explicit consent, given via the form checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5.6. Retention period
We keep your data for a maximum of 24 months from the date you sign up, or until you request its erasure or withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. After that period, the data is deleted.
5.7. Recipients
Your data is disclosed to Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), acting as a processor, for the purpose of sending communications. It is not shared with any other third party, except where required by law.
5.8. International transfers
Data is hosted on servers located within the European Union. The data controller is established in Canada and may access it from there. The European Commission has recognised that Canada provides an adequate level of protection for private organisations subject to PIPEDA (Decision 2002/2/EC), so the transfer requires no additional safeguards.
5.9. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to martin@goconsigne.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within one month at the latest.
5.10. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.
6. Cookies
This site uses technical cookies necessary for it to function: session handling, protection against CSRF attacks, and remembering your chosen language. Those cookies are exempt from the prior consent requirement under Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI-CE.
Subject to your acceptance, we also use Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies (Google Ireland Limited), which let us measure the site's audience and understand how it is browsed, and Meta pixel advertising cookies (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), which measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. Each category can be accepted or refused separately.
These cookies are not set until you authorise them through the consent banner: if you make no choice, or if you refuse, no measurement script is loaded. Both providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Manage cookies" link in the footer, as easily as you gave it.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. Nothing in this notice limits the rights that consumer protection legislation grants on a mandatory basis to users resident in the European Union, including the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of domicile.
